Who is Maximum Burn Training for?
The workouts in this program are designed to burn a lot of calories. They are perfect for anyone who is trying to really lower their body fat%, and get shredded!
Workout description of Maximum Burn Training:
Each workout contains three circuits. The first circuit is going to be all core exercises, and the 2nd and 3rd will work the total body. Each circuit contains 5 exercises. You will do each exercises for 10 repetitions, doing one right after the other, and then immediately start back over with the first exercises of the circuit. You will have a short break in between circuits, but during the circuit you must push yourself to keep going hard! Each circuit will be repeated 2-3 times depending on which workout you are doing.
