Advanced Core Training


There are 10 workouts in the Advanced phase of Core Training with 3 exercises in each workout.  Each workout is progressively harder than the previous one.  If you stay consistant and accountable to the program, the workouts will not seem like they are getting much more difficult, because at the same time you will be building a much stronger core!

Who should start here?

This program is perfect for elite athletes and members who are at advanced fitness levels!  The workouts in this level are very challenging and are designed for those with very strong cores.  If when you first try this program you find it is too hard don’t give up!  Just regress back to the intermediate level for a little longer to strengthen your core.  Make it your mission to eventually progress back to the advanced level and open up a great big can of redemption!

Advanced Core Training Workout Description:

There are 3 exercises in each workout in this phase of core training.  For workouts 1-5 you will do 2 sets of 10 repetitions, and for workouts 6-10 do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.  These workouts can be done on a daily basis, but should be done a minimum of 3 days per week.

How Should I progress through Advanced Core Training?

You can progress through these workouts at your own pace.   You can choose to do the same workout for a week, do each workout twice before progressing, or progress to the next workout every time you work out.  Everybody progresses at different speeds so you have to let your body tell you when you are ready to move on.  If a workout is a little too hard at first then go back to the previous workout for a little longer, and after your core gets stronger you will be able to press on again.  Some exercises in the workout videos have modifications you can apply to make the exercise a little easier.  Never give up on being able to do an exercise, just step it up a notch!  Over the years as a trainer I have learned that if you take the right progressions, and keep working towards your goal, there is nothing you can’t accomplish!
